Serving the People
The Daily Bread Food Pantry
For more than 30 years, the Daily Bread Food Pantry has been distributing food and supporting individuals and families throughout Milford, Hopedale, and Upton. What began as a small community effort has grown into a trusted place of support and nourishment for our neighbors.
Mission Statement:
The Daily Bread Food Pantry is an ecumenical partnership dedicated to serving those in need in the Greater Milford area. Our mission is simple: to provide food assistance to individuals and families who are often forced to choose between essential needs—such as rent, clothing, heat, medicine, and groceries.
By offering supplemental food support, we hope to ease that burden and strengthen the well-being of our community.
Food is distributed:
Tuesday & Thursday – 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
21 Exchange Street, Milford, MA
What We Do:
The Food Pantry provides supplemental groceries to individuals and families living in Milford, Hopedale, and Upton. Our goal is to help households stretch their food budget and ensure that no one in our community goes hungry.
For new clients:
If you are visiting for the first time, please let a volunteer know so we can guide you through the New Client Intake Form.
During your first visit, you will need to provide:
- Valid Proof of Address (such as a utility bill showing your current name and address)
- Names and Dates of Birth for all household members
To help everyone feel welcome, our basic intake information is available in many languages, including:

In addition, new clients will receive a Referral Form, which must be completed by a human services agency or a local church to confirm eligibility for services.
